This release has a very nice (and hotly awaited) new feature: Case Reassignment. There are now two ways to reassign a case. On the User level, you can reassign ALL of a user’s cases to another user. On the Case level, you can reassign a particular case from one user to another. In order to take advantage of this feature, be sure to set up special permissions.
As always, there are a number of bug fixes included in this release. Enjoy!
